Our Story
Happy Snaps was founded by a born and raised Texan with 22 years of roots planted in the Austin community. With a passion for photography and a love of snapping pics with friends and family, Chris strives to capture joyful moments at every event.

Price List
Booth Rental
The basics
Digital Only – First 3 Hours
$300
Drop off, set up, clean up, and pick up are all included in the base rental fee.
Rental includes a backdrop should you want it (current offerings are white or white and gold). Alternatively, use a cool looking wall at your venue, or have the booth be open air with no backdrop.
The themed frame (included) can be 1-3 pictures per photo session and we will work together to pick a design.
Live Gallery
Included
If your event space has wifi, the booth can upload to a live gallery to share with your guests and friends.
You can choose to password protect your gallery (recommended with kids’ parties) or leave it open for your friends to find on our website.
Each photo session also immediately offers text, email and airdrop sharing straight to your phone so you can post it to social media or share how you wish (requires wifi).

Booth Damages
assessed as needed
Hopefully we never have to use this – but we also know accidents do happen!
In the event of damage to any Happy Snaps equipment (photo booth, backdrop, lighting, stands, printer, etc), the customer will be responsible for the cost of the replacement of damaged equipment.
We’ll do our best to find a good deal, but it requires quite a bit of equipment to keep the booth running smoothly for future events.
Minor prop damage happens, and will be overlooked if not excessive.
Add Ons
Discounts available when bundling more than 2 additional services
Printed Images (includes 1 booth attendant)
$100/hour
Great for take home treasures. 2×6 or 4×6 print sizes available.
Printer requires access to power and a booth attendant to keep things running smoothly.
Booth Attendant
$25/hour
Will help bring the fun (if encouragement is needed), keep booth and prop area neat, help with any booth questions, and generally be awesome.
Can be a second attendant if you have a printer, or a solo attendant if that’s all you need.
Props

Bring your own props for free!
Graduation, wedding, birthday props (paper) $30
Premium props (hats, frames, crowns, etc) $60
Want something specific and prefer we provide it? Just email or text and we will do our best to find props for you!

Custom Backdrop

With enough warning, a custom backdrop can be made. Price will vary based on sublimation dye charges.
Polaroid Camera Rental
$25/day per camera+cost of film
Want to let your guests roam the room with Polaroid cameras?
Maybe you are planning on a Polaroid guestbook?
Let us take the work out of it – we’ve got signage to explain how to replace film (or if you have an attendant, they can help!). All we need to know is how many cameras and how many film shots you need at your event
